LOCATION – ANNANDALE

Just 3.5kms (2 miles) from the heart of Sydney, Annandale is one of the city's closest residential suburbs. Also, it is only 10 kms
(6 miles) from Sydney Airport.

Subdivided in the 1870s, Annandale is known for its diverse range of buildings. Colonial mansions overlook refurbished cottages, renovated warehouse apartments and light commercial premises share the streets with parks, playgrounds, shops and offices. Annandale’s wide tree-lined streets, lively shopping area and cosmopolitan character give the village its friendly and quiet neighbourhood charm.

The bus stop, at the corner of Booth and Johnston Streets, is where you catch a ride to the City/CBD. Or at the bottom of Annandale Street, you can take the Lightrail to downtown Sydney.

Annandale is close to Leichhardt, Sydney’s ‘Little Italy’, where there are scores of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, shops and boutiques. In neighbouring Glebe and Newtown, the hub of Sydney’s university belt, you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and entertainment spots.
